GENERAL
Where is the event taking place?
Walton Hall & Gardens, Walton Lea Rd, Higher Walton, Warrington WA4 6SN
What are the opening times for the Main Event?
12:00 – 23:00 pm | Last Entry – 16:30 pm
Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?
There are no pass outs at Daresbury Festival at Walton Hall & Gardens
How old do I need to be to attend and will I need ID?
You will need to be 18 or Older. We operate a challenge-25 policy upon Entry and at All Bars, if you look younger than 25, please bring ID.
Can I bring a bag?
Yes, you can bring a small bag, this will be searched upon entry (We class small bags as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm). We do not allow large bags into the event.
Can I bring in flags or banners?
You can’t bring flags or banners. Laser Pens are also not permitted
Can we bring suncream with us?
Yes, but no glass bottles.
Can we bring Perfume / Deodorant?
Glass Bottles / Aerosols are Banned. Roll On Deodorant is fine.
Is there anywhere to charge my phone?
This is something that we are working on for now and will keep you updated if this becomes available.
Is there anywhere I can leave my belongings?
This is something that we are working on for now and will keep you updated if this becomes available.
Can I bring food & drink into the Festival?
No food, drink or alcohol is permitted into the Festival area. There will be food and drink available to purchase on site. Free drinking water will be available. Bag-checks will be in place on entry.
Can I bring an umbrella into the Festival?
Small umbrellas are permitted, but we ask that you please be considerate of other audience members nearby and behind you.
Can I bring seating into the Festival?
Camping chairs and deckchairs are NOT permitted into the Festival. Blankets are ok, loungers, inflatable seating, gazebos, tables and other structures are also NOT permitted.
Can I bring a camera into the Festival?
The use of small/hand-held cameras for personal use is permitted. Drones or medium-large camera set ups are not permitted at the festival unless authorized.
Is there a Dress Code?
It’s a Festival style event, go wild!

VIP Tickets Includes fast track entry, Private Bar, Posh Loos & Golden Circle access to front of stage.

Will you be releasing the Set Times?
All Set times will be released on the week of the event.
Can I Purchase Tickets on the day for Daresbury Festival?
Tickets need to be purchased in advance as the festival usually sells out in advance.
Can I have a refund or exchange on my tickets for this event?
Unfortunately once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable. – If in the unlikely event the event cancels or changes date then you will be offered a refund.
Is The Event Outside?
This is an outdoor, open-air event. Please check the forecast beforehand to dress appropriately according to the weather. Please come prepared with whatever you need for the day as you cannot leave and re-enter the festival. No refunds will be provided due to unfavorable weather conditions.
TRAVEL & PARKING
How do I get to the event?
Please follow directions for Walton Hall & Gardens - Once approaching the event site, please switch off your sat nav and follow directional event signage, event stewards will also be in position to guide you on to site safely.
Where is the nearest car park to Walton Hall & Gardens?
There is Pay & Display visitor parking available at Walton Hall & Gardens, unfortunately this cannot be pre-booked. Limited spaces are available – please visit the venues website here - https://waltonhallgardens.co.uk/visit/
Will there be a Coach drop off/pick up point at Walton Hall & Gardens?
This is something that we are working on for now and will keep you updated if this becomes available.
Will there be a drop-off system on-site?
A regulated Drop-off system with a one-way turning circle will be in place outside of Walton Hall & Gardens.
Can I leave my vehicle on-site overnight?
There are no facilities to leave your vehicle on site after the event ends, all vehicles must be recovered.

FOOD & DRINK
Will there be Food & Drink available?
We have a fully stocked bar offering: Beers, Ciders, Spirits, Cocktails as well as Non-Alcoholic alternatives & Soft Drinks, free drinking water Is also available.
We have a wide selection of award-winning festival food vendors for you to choose from. The selection will be available to view nearer to the time of the event.
Do you cater for allergies/intolerances?
Yes, we cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. We still strongly recommend that you check menu’s before purchasing any food.
I have a condition and require medication with me?
Any form of prescribed medication, or controlled drug will have to be pre-approved and documented for lawful use before attending the event – for more information please email info@newvisionevents.co.uk. Unless this is clearly evidenced to the events team, this will not be allowed to be brought into the event.

Do you have disabled facilities?
The event is on a field with disabled access & disabled facilities.
I am registered disabled and/or have a blue badge, is there Parking on-site / Is this via Pay or Display or can it be pre-booked?
There will be a designated area for blue badge holders within the festival car park, located as close to the event arena entrance as possible. For accessibility parking passes. Please contact and email proof to custcare@skiddle.com
Are Service Dogs Permitted?
Unfortunately, no animals are permitted into the event arena, with the exception of registered guidance & assistance dogs.
